Fall River selected IBT to create a retail-oriented branch that offers the convenience of an additional location to existing members and welcomes prospective members.
Program Management

From real estate to procurement to warranty, IBT pulls together all the pieces for efficient management of your project.  For clients that choose to retain a local design firm and/or general contractor, IBT can assist with program management services.  IBT serves as the representative for clients, helping them plan programs, hire resources, secure and review bids, track invoices, oversee quality controls and manage schedules to ensure that each project is completed on-time, on-budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
