William M. Dana, Jr, President & Chief Executive Officer, Central Bank of Kansas City
William M. Dana, Jr. is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Central Bank of Kansas City, Kansas City, Missouri, a $140 million community bank located in the urban core of Kansas City, Missouri. The bank is a Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and has been rated “Outstanding” by the FDIC at its last three CRA exams.
Mr. Dana has had varying degrees of experience in all levels of community bank management for over 37 years. He began his career as a teller and has worked in each and every phase of banking to his current position, which he has held for the past fifteen years.
Mr. Dana has been married to his wife, Kay, for over 36 years and they have three grown children and four grandsons. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Benedict’s College, Atchison, Kansas, a Community Bank Management Degree from the Graduate School of Banking, Madison, Wisconsin and a Professional Master of Banking designation from LSU.
Hal Tovin, Group EVP, Citizens Financial Group, Inc.
Hal Tovin is Group Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Retail Partnership Delivery Group at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. He also is a member of CFG’s Executive Policy Committee, the company’s senior leadership team. CFG is one of the 10 largest commercial bank holding companies in the United States ranked by assets and deposits.
Tovin is responsible for executive leadership and strategic oversight of the non-traditional retail branch delivery program at CFG. This includes direct management of the in-store banking franchise across the 13-state Citizens Bank-Charter One footprint, as well as the development of new strategic non-traditional branching and marketing programs for future growth.
CFG is the nation’s second-largest in-store banker with more than 525 branches. Specifically Tovin is responsible for identifying opportunities beyond the grocery channel – such as CFG’s partnership with Starbucks. In addition, he manages in-store banking’s support functions including operations, communications and sales administration.
Tovin has an extensive background in marketing and strategic planning after spending 10 years in packaged goods marketing and advertising before joining the financial services industry. He has worked for IBM, General Mills, Marketing Corporation of America and Tambrands. At Citizens he has led many of the company’s consumer related businesses starting as Chief Marketing Officer in 1995. In addition to being the driving force behind the development of Citizens’ in-store program, Tovin championed the building of Citizens’ Small Business Banking program.
Tovin is a graduate of Brown University and has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business. He is a trustee and chairman of the marketing committee and a member of the finance committee at the Boston Museum of Science. He is also a board member of Peace Games and former chairman of the board of the Boston Ad Club. He has held previous board positions with the United Way of Hartford and the Jewish Federation of Rhode Island.

Adrianne McVeigh, Ph.D., TalentQuest
Dr. Adrianne McVeigh is a consultant with TalentQuest. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of South Carolina and her B.S. in Psychology from Dalhousie University (Nova Scotia, Canada). Before joining TalentQuest, Dr. McVeigh worked at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, PA where she provided coaching and consultation to improve individual and system-level performance across the organization.
Dr. McVeigh has presented and facilitated programs and workshops on such topics as: executive team development, managing and motivating others, effective communication, personal effectiveness, and effective interviewing for selection. She currently consults with businesses in the areas of executive selection, assessment centers, competency modeling, leadership development, individual and organizational effectiveness, on-boarding, professional development, and succession planning. She has conducted research in the areas of work-life balance and leadership and gender.
Having grown up in a family business, Dr. McVeigh is particularly interested in helping leaders of family-owned businesses address and overcome individual and organizational challenges in order to maximize their performance. She adds value to her clients by drawing on knowledge regarding human behavior, personality, and communication styles to drive peak performance. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society of Consulting Psychologists.
Holley Henderson, Sustainable Design Consultant, H2 EcoDesign
H2 Ecodesign is a sustainable design consulting firm that is a catalyst for eco-positive design in the built environment and global business strategy for owners, design firms, manufacturers and other entities. H2 Ecodesign helps clients develop sustainable strategies and provides LEED facilitation, training workshops, consulting on green products / market position, sustainable tenant guidelines and global standards.
Prior to H2 Ecodesign, Henderson was with Interface as Director of Creative Design, and previously an interior designer for TVS in Atlanta. She was the first LEED 2.0 Accredited Interior Designer in the state of Georgia, as well as managing LEED AP for the Interface Showroom and Offices – the first LEED–CI Platinum Level Project. Some of H2 Ecodesign's current clients include Wachovia, CB Richard Ellis, Tallahassee Department of Revenue, LaGrange College Library, and Natural Body Spa & Shoppe.
A resident of Atlanta, Holley is NCIDQ Certified in the state of Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University.
